Specifications and samples
Customers should confirm product codes, dimensions, colour, quantity and application requirements before approval. Samples or trials may be recommended for demanding surfaces or environments.
Delivery
Stocked products are commonly delivered within 24–72 hours, subject to quantity, destination and written confirmation. Custom formats and large orders may require additional lead time.
Inspection
Please inspect quantities, packaging and visible condition promptly on delivery and report discrepancies with photographs and the relevant delivery document.
Returns
Return eligibility depends on product condition, traceability and whether the item was standard or made to specification. Custom-cut, printed or specially produced goods are normally non-returnable unless defective.
